This policy explains how SheetForge collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, create an account, upload files, submit forms, and use project features.

• Account and profile data, such as email, name, company, role, and optional profile fields.
• Project data, including uploaded files, schema/output data, and project configuration details.
• Communication data from contact forms and waitlist submissions.
• Authentication/session data stored in cookies to keep you signed in securely.

• To create and manage your account and projects.
• To process uploaded files and generate preview outputs.
• To provide support and respond to inquiries.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
• To operate billing and delivery workflows.

We use service providers to run the product, including Supabase (auth, database, storage), Anthropic (AI processing for schema and dashboard generation), and SMTP/email infrastructure for transactional communications.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

We retain data while your account is active or as needed to operate and secure the service. When you request account deletion, personal profile fields are anonymized.

Some records may be retained for legal, security, and operational reasons. Uploaded project files may be retained for internal review and service operations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• You can update profile information from your account.
• You can request account deletion/anonymization from account settings.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion support where applicable.

SheetForge is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
