By accessing or using SheetForge, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating and using an account.

You agree not to use SheetForge to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or abuse the platform.

You retain rights to the files and data you upload. You grant SheetForge permission to store, process, and transform that data as needed to provide the service, including schema/dashboard generation workflows.

• Paid plan pricing and options are displayed in-product and may be updated from time to time.
• For source-code delivery engagements, you may request a refund before source code is delivered to your repository.
• After source code delivery and access transfer, the sale is final.
• Hosted/recurring plans, if selected, renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout until canceled.

SheetForge and its product assets, branding, and platform software are protected by intellectual property laws.

Deliverable ownership and usage rights for purchased project code are governed by the plan and delivery terms shown during purchase.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also limit or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or terms violations.

SheetForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
